Who we are

Strata Intelligence ("Strata", "we") runs strataintel.ai. For anything about your information, email strataintel@agentmail.to.

What we collect

• Browsing the site. We don't set cookies or run analytics. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request data such as your IP address to serve pages and protect the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
• Taking the assessment. Your answers stay in your browser while you take it. Nothing is sent to us unless you ask for the full report.
• Asking for the full report. We receive your name, your work email, your answers (including anything you type), your result, where you found the assessment (for example, a link from a business card), and the time you sent it.
• Booking a call or emailing us. Calls are booked through Calendly under its own privacy policy. If you email us, we receive what you send.

Why we use it

• To send you your report and to follow up with you about it.
• To learn, across all responses, which questions and offers are useful.

We don't sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing, and we don't use it to train AI models.

Where it's kept and who can see it

When you ask for the report, our website's server function passes your submission to Strata's Google Workspace account. It is stored in a Google Sheet, and your report is emailed to you through Google. The server function does not keep a copy. Strata's founders can see submissions.

How long we keep it

We keep assessment submissions for 24 months, then delete them. If you ask, we delete them sooner.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what you sent us, or to stop hearing from us, email strataintel@agentmail.to. We aim to respond within 45 days.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
